More than a degree on your CV: build the skills employers actually notice.

For second-year undergraduates who want a fair leg-up: limited experience today, clearer direction tomorrow. Join our Skool community for knowledge, mentors, and resources, with a pathway to real-world work through our Micro-Internship programme.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit if…

  • You are around second year and want a clearer path into work.
  • You have limited formal experience but you are willing to show up and learn.
  • You want practical skills, feedback, and structure, not another vague “career tips” feed.

You might prefer something else if…

  • You are mainly after quick wins rather than steady skill-building over a few months.
  • You would rather not engage in a community or try assignments. Most of the value here is showing up, asking questions, and practising.

Inside

What you get in the fellowship

Knowledge & resources

Structured learning and materials so you are not guessing what employers care about, from CV signal to how you talk about projects in interview.

Mentors & guidance

Learn from people who hire and develop early-career talent. Premium includes weekly live calls and Q&A, plus access to 1-to-1 mentorship calls on Skool.

Micro-Internship pathway

The Micro-Internship pathway is a separate, no-cost programme with real businesses, a 100-hour structure, and Consultico certification when you finish. Standard and Premium members can apply on Skool when we open rounds; Premium helps fund the programme, so Premium members usually see more opportunities over time.

Pathway

Micro-Internship pathway: how to apply

The fellowship is here to bridge classroom learning and real work. The Micro-Internship pathway is a separate, no-cost programme for members who are active in the community and ready for a structured placement-style experience with real companies.

How you apply: rounds are announced on Skool. Standard and Premium members can both use the application routes we publish there. It is always a real application step, not an automatic signup, and we review in batches so you get a clear reply with next steps or timing.

Why Premium sees more: Premium membership helps fund the Micro-Internship programme itself, so we can run more cohorts, more partner briefs, and more supported places for Premium members over time. Standard routes still exist when we can offer them, but those places are smaller in number and we fund them out of pocket, so availability and timing will look different.

Participants who are selected follow a 100-hour training programme focused on employability and delivery in a professional context. Completing the pathway can lead to certification from Consultico, the parent brand behind this fellowship.

Selection is not automatic. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We balance your readiness, our capacity, and what partner businesses need. You will always know you have applied; we will always be clear about outcomes.

Membership

Standard vs Premium on Skool

Premium adds live calls, mentorship, competitions, and more Micro-Internship application opportunities over time because Premium helps fund that programme. Standard members can still apply when we publish Standard-funded rounds, but those are limited. Final prices are always shown at checkout on Skool.
